About Founder

My family resettled to the US, from a refugee camp on the Thai-Cambodian border when I was four. I developed a fascination with science in primary school. The curriculum at school encouraged curiosity, yet there were accessibility challenges for blind students like myself. Having the opportunity decades later to work and research in Thailand, I realized the disparity in and the need for accessible STEM education for blind/visually impaired students there.
